Darsana Cultural Centre, a centre for the development of Cultural and Educational activities under CMI Congregtion, has a prominent role in developing the same for the people of Kerala. The centre is dedicated to enrich the Socio-Cultural life of the common man in general and those residing in and around Kottayam in particular. Keeping this as the objective, the Centre has been organising a number of activities to kindle the urge in people to pursue a life upholding high values and ethics.
Darsana celebrated its Silver Jubliee in 2010-2011. The valedictory function was presided over by the former President of India, Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on Feb 19, 2011 at a grand function held at Mammen Mappilai Hall, Kottayam.
The Centre implements its agenda through the following forums and institutions set up to cater to the different interests of the activists.

g. Kaladarsana - Arts Academy - for imparting training to students in Music, Dance, Musical instruments, Karate, Yoga etc.

i. All Kerala Professional Drama Competition
Apart from the regular activities undertaken by the Centre, special programmes are also conducted on matters of contemporary importance. For instance seminars on budgets, health and hygiene and other important and relevant matter that have direct bearing on the every day lives of the common man are held as and when necessary.
Darsan Cultural Society, the parent organization of Darsana Cultural Centre was registered in 1995 (Reg. No. K 457/95) under the Travancore Educational, Scientific Charitable Societies Act.
